Conveniently located in bustling Causeway Bay district, just steps away from the Tin Hau station, this 37-storey urban hotel offers guests an extraordinary stay with 275 rooms and suites overlooking... Considering hotel rooms are notoriously small in Hong Kong, this room was quite a decent size. Our room was located up on the 37th floor so the view to the southwest was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly. The primary reasons we selected this hotel was price and its proximity to public transportation. The MTR station (Hong Kong’s subway) is directly across the road and a taxi stand is also a very short one minute walk away.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. The location and mostly the staff. Shout out to Calvin Wong for being very nice and accommodating our concern and needs.
