Convenient walking distance to upper and lower town plus market. Highly recommend.

Set in the vivid Tkalčićeva Street, Hotel Academia offers accommodation in the centre of Zagreb. The hotel is located 700 metres from the central square of Zagreb, Ban Jelačić Square. Great location, in the street with lots of restaurants and pubs. Big rooms , comfy beds. Breakfast was a highlight, a lot of sweet and savory options.

The apartment was outfitted well, quiet, comfortable and super clean. And also centrally located. We hired a tour guide to walk us around the lower and upper town -- so interesting.

Hot water instantly, air conditioning, floor heating, appliances, dishes, in case you want to cook. There is a beautiful terrace. Tihana the property manager was incredibly nice. We arrived late at night and she accompanied us the whole time with advice and instructions to make sure our check in went smoothly.
