All the staff I met were kind and helpful. It's a great location but still quiet enough. Near a tram line and bars and restaurants. I would absolutely come back.

The room has excellent view from the window, hotel has friendly staff and tasty full breakfast. Location is very comfortable to get to main attractions, either by foot or by tram or metro.
