The extraordinary customer service received from all the staff at the hotel. From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

The Magani Hotel and Spa is located in between downtown Kuta and Legian area, a 3-minute walk from Kuta Beach. It offers a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Hotel just reopened 2 weeks before my stay, could use a touch up here and there. However, excellent helpful staff and value for money. Location could not have been better. The junior suite was very large in space comparably.

Featuring a spa and located a 5-minute walk from Legian Beach, Rama Garden Hotel is situated in Kuta’s commercial centre. Excellent value for money. Tied with a restaurant with great food. Room service and beers delivered quickly and charge to the room. Breaky was cheap and they made pancakes for a daughter. Very friendly family feeling people.

I had booked a hotel in nearby Seminyak through Booking.com, but the hotel was a scam and I had no reservation when I turned up at midnight, so I had to quickly find an alternative hotel, and Su's Cottages, while more expensive, turned out to be delightful
