It's an excellent B&B, as clean as it gets (everything feels brand new) and perfectly organised. The hosts are very friendly and generous. The common kitchen was full of treats, coffees, teas etc and free breakfast was provided at a bar right below. Regarding the location, you would need around 30 minutes to walk to central station and there is also a direct bus (we didn't really use it at all finally). It was an excellent stay - totally recommended !

It was very accommodating, peaceful, absolutely cosy. The facilities offered full functionality of the kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable. The landlord Nikola is very, very friendly and helping with practically answers to all questions. All in all, things would have been perfect if we could stay extra few days... I would definitely like to visit again.

The apartment was really good and spacious and the breakfast was very good too and in the same building. It was a 10 minute walk from Lazzaretto monorail stop and was just one stop away from both Bologna Centrale and Marconi Airport. Riccardo (the owner) was a star and made sure our stay was as comfortable as ever!

It is located in a quiet area, quite safe, with parks (in the nearby river we saw beavers and ducks), it is close to several supermarkets. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central station. For Bologna, the quality / price ratio is correct.

Very clean with all the appliances working like they are supposed to.
