Hotel San Giorgio is a 5-minute walk from the University and Bologna Centrale Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and soundproofed, functional rooms with wrought-iron bed. The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly. Wi-fi works without any problem. I use it for viber video calls without any technical issues.

Location is great, very close to most of the attractions. Room was especially clean, everything was in perfect condition, AC unit was very quiet, which was great for hot night.
