Hotel San Giorgio is a 5-minute walk from the University and Bologna Centrale Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and soundproofed, functional rooms with wrought-iron bed. The location was perfect. The staff was really good.

Situated right in the heart of Bologna, 250 metres from Via Indipendenza, La finestra sul canale features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The hotel is very-well located, the restaurants and touristic places are all in walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was also extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The fridge in the room was working quite well, so we were able to drink cold beverages all the time. There were free coffee and tea in the room. The checkout time is 10:30, which is a little bit early, but there are lockers in the hall where you can put your luggage.

Superb host. Room very close to the city centre. Nice and clean room. Air conditioning inside the room and water dispenser on the corridor. We would probably choose the same place again if we were to travel to Bologna.

The apartment has an amazing location with everything in walking distance, and being right in the university district there’s always something happening in the area. It’s also very clean and equipped with everything you could ask for from bathroom items and cooking utensils to some drinks in the fridge. Communication with the host was very easy and nice as well. We’d come back any time!

This is an excellent property that has been recently renovated. Everything looks new and tastefully designed. All rooms are large, especially the bedroom which is easily the size of a large entire hotel room. Many good restaurants nearby. We tried the one recommended by our host for an authentic dinner and it was excellent. The washing machine and drying rack was very welcome. The host was fantastic, with great advice and was very eager to help. We used the cafe, turn left and around the corner near the church, for breakfast and it was excellent. It is a busy area outside the property with many restaurants. The double glazing did its job and the bedroom was perfectly quiet.
