I looked for a hotel not far from the train station just for two nights. This one had a good price, so I took it, without much expectations. But it turned out to be a great location and I will surely go back. The location is just great, close to all attractions, and in an area full of restaurants. There is a square nearby where you have on Saturdays a huge market of cheap closes, shoes and bags. The room was tiny, but very cozy and clean, and the bed extra comfortable. Everything seems to be new. The breakfast was rich enough, even for non-Italians. And the staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel offers a top-1 convenient place for customers to wander around the city. If you open the window, you can directly see the crowd in the main street. It only takes you 15 minutes to the old center of Bologna. The furniture of the hotel is traditional but not shabby. It makes you feel like you are living in a medieval room.

Hotel San Giorgio is a 5-minute walk from the University and Bologna Centrale Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and soundproofed, functional rooms with wrought-iron bed. The hotel is centrally located near attractions. For breakfast there is a croissant and coffee. We are extremely impressed with the wonderful attitude of the staff. We were extremely pleased with the place and would visit again.

Extremely nice staff, super helpful and they really make sure that you have a nice stay. They have also recommended a nice local restaurants and called a taxi for us. Room was comfortable and we had a really good sleep. Location very convenient, just couple of minutes walking from the main bus station and railway station.

Excellent apartment in the university area close to the centre of Bologna. Lots of amenities and extras, and even some welcome drinks provided by Luca. Lively area with lots of eateries and interesting things to see. Highly recommended.
