A 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, the centrally located Hotel Panorama Bologna Centro offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with an LCD TV. A bus to Bologna Centrale Station leaves 20 metres from this... I liked that it was in the center of Bologna, a bus station right near by. It was quaint - definitely not a modern cookie cutter hotel! The room was spacious for 4 of us - There was a queen sized bed and two singles that worked out great for us. While i was a little apprehensive booking a room with shared bathrooms, it worked out just fine. There were 3 very clean bathrooms and I was always able to use one at any given time. The showers were great. I liked the price as well. The staff was great. I also liked that there was an elevator/lift.

Set in Bologna's university quarter, this friendly hotel provides an attentive service and attractive guest rooms in a green area of Bologna, a few steps from the Municipal Theatre. The location is central, 5 minutes walk until the main square and two towers, breakfast was sufficient and delicious (less is more), the room was clean, comfortable, bed amazing, bathroom and shower perfect, A/C is working (stayed during the heatwave), no noise from outside. Perfect!

Located very close to the university zone, hotel Accademia is situated in a historical building, only 500 metres from Piazza Maggiore, the main square of Bologna. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not have been more friendly.
