I found the fixtures in the rooms, surprisingly luxe for a small business. It has clearly been renovated recently and everything works perfectly. Breakfast was faultless. It's everything you would expect to see in a continental breakfast. The hotel location is a 25-30 minute breezy walk away from the city centre in a nice residential neighbourhood where you would not feel harassed by touts. When I asked if I could extend my check out time to catch an evening flight because I was having bad pains in my neck and back owing to the grueling 1.5 day train ride from Frankfurt to Florence (bad weather and strikes caused Lufthansa to cancel my flight 3 times and I couldn't miss a wedding in Florence) the manager was kind enough to allow me to extend for free out of compassion. You can't ask for anything more from a small but incredibly well run business that places customer care over the almighty dollar.

It was so clean and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our trip. They helped us about the city tour maps. And breakfast was brilliant. Every person who worked in there was so helpful and kind. Thanks for everything. Absolutely we will come back again for long stay.

Surrounded by a relaxing 6000-m² garden from the late 1800s, Villa Neroli is a 10-minute drive from the historic centre of Florence. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. This property is stunning, in a gorgeous location on the edge of the city and we enjoyed beautiful rural walks with beautiful villas set amongst vineyards and olive groves. Only 20 euro taxi to a rather busy florence and we were so happy we stayed here and not in the city. The gardens and pool were divine, the staff friendly and helpful. We mostly ate in local restaurants and found great options. It was lovely getting a more local experience away from the touristy city centre. I can’t fault this property. Our room and it’s outlook were amazing.

Nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills, 3 km from the busy center, this luxury hotel offers panoramic views of Florence's historic centre. This is a very nice property viewing Florence from up above with lovely a lovely garden. They have a shuttle that takes you to downtown every hour. The garden is lovely. The dinner was quite nice. There is a library that you can enjoy any time and even have a drink inside.

Located 2 km from the centre of Florence, Hotel Emma Small Luxury Hotel is a friendly, family-run hotel with a terrace overlooking the city's rooftops. It has excellent transport links. location was great, the room was comfortable and clean. The coffee was amazing!!! The staff were fabulous, made us feel right at home. I will miss Hotel EMMA.

Located in a historical 19th-century building, Hotel Astro Mediceo offers classic-style rooms with a minibar, 200 metres from Florence’s Cionfo Binlecure Station. Good location, not in the city center and not that crowded and noisy. Nice room with good view, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities! Super friendly people working in this hotel! One big special thanks to the restaurant, Alesandro made our evening perfect, cozy, and quiet, and he was super helpful to organize florentine steak for us and great vine to pair the food. And of course, special thanks to the chef who cooked meat perfectly, it melted in the mouth. We were fascinated with service and quality!

Diana Park Hotel offers a prime position near the city centre and congress centre. I liked everything about this hotel and the staff are excellent great value for money I highly recommend this hotel to anybody

Offering rooms with a view over the Tuscan hills, Hotel Villa La Stella is set on the hills of Fiesole, in a quiet area 5 km from the centre of Florence. The location was absolutely heavenly, a Cleansing of the soul for those who need an escape, a re-acquaintance with nature, and a reminder of beautiful places in the world that can ground the happiness back where it should be. A perfect vacation and weekend escape.

Hotel Meridiana offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. Set in Florence, it is a 15-minute drive from Peretola Airport and is well connected by public transport to the historic centre. For the price I paid, the room they gave me was a lot bigger than the usual rooms you can find in Florence. Plus, a 24-reception was very convenient. Moreover, they had a well-functioning AC and elevators. In total, the hotel exceeded expectations.

Located in Florence’s Campo di Marte quarter, Hotel Villa Il Castagno has a garden with terrace. It offers classically furnished accommodation with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. It was easy to find and it is a renovated hotel that has many rooms... They provide easy check in and check out... Also they offer breakfast that had lots of breads and cereals, croissant, jams, prosciutto, cheeses, juices, and of course freshly made espresso! My room was quiet and clean. I highly recommend!
