Very nice hotel in a great location. My mother had a birthday and they organized a bootle of prosecco with a lovely card to the room. All in all very good experience and friendly staff.

Set just 7 minutes’ walk from Santa Maria Novella Basilica, The Place Firenze enjoys superb panoramic views from its rooftop terrace. The hotel is amazing, has a very special feel, almost like staying in a palace. It is in a fantastic location with restaurant on the piazza. Service is great, check in and check out so easy. Car service is a nice touch. We loved everything.

This hotel was perfect. Everything was clean, it smelled clean, facilities were great. Beautiful restaurant and the food was exceptional. The best thing is they had a smart tv in the room. This is very comforting when you’re in a foreign country and at night all you want to do is watch some tv that you’re used to. The staff were also so very helpful and friendly.

Staff are very very friendly & support at all times. They call every night to check on everything is well & provided welcoming chocolate 🍫 on the first night & farewell pasta for the last night (which is very sweet). Breakfast 🧇 🍳 has a lot of variety which suits everyone. Moreover, it’s delicious & tasty food. Dinning staff are very friendly welcoming everyone everyday with big smiles & offer special coffee & fresh juice. Rooms are very clean & have good clean furniture. Overall my stay was fantastic & beautiful I rate this hotel 1000/10 for the price, location, Rooms cleanliness & staff friendliness. Thank you very much for giving me a good stay & comfortable.

Location is very good. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to all the major landmarks in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helped me with everything. Very clean and updated rooms.
