The staff is super nice and always there to assist, room was very big and clean. Great location.

I didn't take breakfast but it's plenty of nice and nearest cafeterias. Foot connected to "must" places and transports connections.

Located in a pedestrian zone 50 metres from Naples's Toledo Metro, the Principe Napolit'amo is an elegant hotel in a 16th-century building. Perfect location. The hotel had such an authentic and rustic feel to it. The room was so clean and modern.

The staff was fantastic. We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.
