The staff were freindly and helpful. They helped with our questions about Napoli. The service was great they had coffee, snacks and water, always available. The location was in the town center 10 min walk to port and 5 min walk from a metro station.

Golden Hotel offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi access and a satellite LCD TV. It is set just a few steps from the port and the main shopping district in Naples. Excellent team, so professional and friendly. Arriving tired from ferry night they allowed me to very early cheek in. Genius women receptionists, giving good tips. I didn't take breakfast but it's plenty of nice and nearest cafeterias. Foot connected to "must" places and transports connections.

With an on-site bar and free WiFi throughout, Hotel Lanfipe Palace provides elegant accommodation in a 19th-century building in central Naples. Toledo Metro Station is 60 metres away. The staff was fantastic. We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.
