It's a absolutely amazing and beautiful hotel, a high class hotel, staff is so so kind and everything is clean and neat, near train central station and close to city center, the bed is soooo comfy and big, I returned to the city after few nights after leaving the hotel and they let me keep the suitcases for few hours! I'm so thankful! I definitely recommend.

Ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi is a 5-minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi Train Station in Naples and the city's main bus terminus. The rooms include air conditioning and a satellite TV. My cell phone had been stolen and I had problems with my bank card getting cash from ATM. The front desk staff volunteered and were able to contact my bank in Canada and I was able to resolve the problem. That service saved our vacation. Theu also went out onto the street and showed us which direction and which street to take to get to where we were going.
