Bardzo udany pobyt, pomimo ze przyjechaliśmy pare godzin wcześniej pokój był przygotowany po 10 minutach, bardzo dobre śniadania i kawa, czysty basen, mało ludzi

Bardzo schludny, ładny i wygodny, duży pokój z łazienką i odpowiedniej wielkości szafą na ubrania. Wygodne łóżka. Balkonik, cicha okolica. Dostęp do kuchni, pralki, żelazko. Komfort mieszkania 10/10. W pobliżu dobra kawiarnia / gelateria Baja Beach, którą poleciła nam właścicielka - wspaniałe lody, można zjeść też przekąski na kolację i napić się drinka / kawy przy niskich cenach. Blisko przystanki autobusowe, choć dojazd do centrum zajmuje trochę czasu (ok 30 min) i cierpliwości do luźno pojmowanych rozkładów jazdy - trzeba się z tym liczyć w tej lokalizacji. Poza tym wspaniałe miejsce, ładny wystrój, miła Pani właścicielka, spokojna okolica - można odpocząć po zwiedzaniu Rzymu. Niewątpliwy plus to atrakcyjna cena. Śniadanie nie jest serwowane - to po prostu dostęp w kuchni do podstawowych produktów śniadaniowych (polecamy kupić sobie do tego jakieś warzywa / owoce) i kawy. Byliśmy w 4 osoby (rodzice + 2 dzieci 10 lat). Jesteśmy zadowoleni z tego pobytu.

Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!

It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Apartments have enough space for family with one or two kids. Great balcony with amazing facilities (place for BBQ, coffee table and comfortable chairs). A very responsive owner who was in touch 24/7 and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommended 👌
