Set in a 19th-century art nouveau villa, Hotel Dei Pittori offers a restaurant. Set in the centre of Turin, rooms here feature free Wi-Fi and a 3D flat-screen TV. I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the university campus (Einaudi) but it would work perfectly for sightseeing - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions and well connected by tram and bus to the rail and metro. The neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and everything in the room worked perfectly (including the A/C unit that also provided white noise). Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful (let me store my bags for the day after checking out). You can get by with English and/or French but it does help to know a bit of Italian. I would stay here again with no hesitations.

Ideally located in the Aurora Vanchiglia district of Turin, Hotel Rey is set 2.7 km from Mole Antonelliana, 3 km from Porta Susa Train Station and 4.1 km from Porta Nuova Railway Station. There was something really special about this place. Located in an old building, it has so nice atmosphere. Staff was really attentive - the lady brought us coffee and cornetto to the room every morning. For me it was walking distance to city center. So good value for money🤗
