Staff very helpful to navigate entering and exiting the car park, they even cleaned the windscreen prior to our departure, which was much appreciated.

I left my ring in the room, I called reception right away, the guy who was working on the 26th night shift was amazing, he found the ring for me and put it in a safe place (sorry, don’t remember his name). Also, huge thank you to Federica and Paola. Staff here is amazing, always welcoming and smiling. Keep it up guys! Thank you a lot!
