It is within walking distance of Porta Nuova train station and conveniently located for sightseeing in the city center. It was clean, quiet, and the neighborhood appeared to be pretty safe. Rooms weren't large, but were adequate and seemed well maintained or recently renovated. Staff was very helpful.

I was fully satisfied by selecting this facility: for the (really low) price I paid, I had a great value.
