Great facility as expected from Muji. The hotel itself is right inside the Muji store in Ginza with its own entrance at the back. Love having the diffuser in the room and all amenities are also of Muji brand. Would love to try other room types in the future.

Staff was very nice an helpful, room is just spacious enough, bathroom amazing with the optional music in the shower.

I will go back for sure. the staff was beyond expectations, specially Kaori Kamisato. she speaks fluently Spanish, English and Japanese and she help us with everything we asked. thanks a lot.
