Couldn't have been more impressed with our stay. The staff was very helpful in bringing luggage up into our room and, on the way out, taking care of our mobile wifi and calling a taxi. So thoughtful, so clean, and we even ordered a pizza from the restaurant downstairs that was very solid. The location was close to Akihabara station, walkable-ish to Ginza, and in the heart of a lot of the action. Overall, a fantastic stay for my wife and me.

Everything, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel has a great location and the neighborhood is great, full of facilities, bars and restaurants and is super close to the metro.

Buffet breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Japanese breakfast is superb. The service is attentive and efficient. Room itself is well equipped with excellent design.
