The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They provided guidance for local travel, helped despatch our luggage and gave excellent support when our Japanese Professor visited us. The room is well designed and even three people found the place comfortable. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room were good. Additionally, there was microwave in the reception cafe area. The location of the hotel was excellent. Just 7 minutes walk from Tokyo station. There were many convenience stores nearby with in 5 minutes walk. There are also very good places for eating out close by and in Tokyo station. Over all a very good hotel. We enjoyed the stay and would come again! Recommend strongly to others!

Opening in August 2013, Super Hotel Premier Tokyo Station Yaesu-Chuoguchi is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from JR Tokyo Shinkansen (bullet train) Station. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. I had a very comfortable and clean room. Staff is extremely polite and helpful
