The Location of the hotel in central and easy to visit around and get all things i needed. i will stay at Luxcity for all my business trip in Phnom Penh and recommend all my friends come to stay here . Definitely the location. Really convenient. The hostel belongs to the same Capitol Tours company with buses going everywhere, booking at their restaurant next door. My recommendations extended to Siem Reap, I used their bus. In the centre of Siem Reap there's a handy/cheap place to leave baggage, with toilet and shower, local coffee, run by a nice bloke from Czech Republic or so, just behind Banana Hotel , on maps there's Tropical Breeze, 50m down the same alleyway, behind a laundry.
