Located in Verdun Plaza Mall, this 4-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a satellite TV. It is 15 minutes’ drive from Beirut’s city centre. The amazing customer service - that simply supersedes any hotel/vacation experience we have ever had in our comprehensive catalogue of travel experience, lead alone by an incredible employee that I would rather not mention by name without her consent. This is by far a true example of how a hotel can bring that "extra" thing to the customer - without the customer having the words to describe what it is? it felt human? magical? wonderful? and last but not least heartwarming. I strongly recommend Lahoya Verdun 5 out of 5 stars is simply not enough.🤩🤩🤩🤩 Thank you for being you (the entire team) but especially also that superwoman in your team which gave my parents an amazing experience leading to this review + a 117% re-visit guarantee.
