The staff are friendly and the breakfast was delicious and is served in the restaurant on the beach in front of the hotel. On the day of checkout, the restaurant was closed as it was a holiday. Breakfast was served to me on my balcony which was a nice touch as I could leisurely finalize my packing and eat breakfast with the view of the beach. The beach is literally across a small street. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels are all provided. The room is cleaned daily. Besides the restaurant in front of the hotel, there are lots of other restaurants along the street serving a variety of cuisines.

I enjoyed my recent stay at Surf Una Beach Hotel, it was very good. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in a warm atmosphere of hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and there was good air conditioning, ensuring a perfect temperature throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities, exceeded my expectations, and I could use them care free. However, what truly set Surf Una Beach Hotel apart, was their exceptional customer service. I had the misfortune of misplacing a pair of shoes during my stay, but to my amazement, they were promptly found and returned to me. This level of care and dedication is rare to find, and I applaud the staff for going above and beyond to ensure their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service—I will definitely be returning!"

There was nothing not to like!! The location was amazing and the staff even better. It located right on the beach. If you head out the lobby door your just feet from some great shops and restaurants, we even got our laundry done from a lovely lady a few shops down.
