Located within less than 1 km of Marrakesh Train Station, Fashion Boutique Hotel in Marrakech features a number of amenities including a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The hotel was located right in the city's heart, making everything easy to a walkable distance. Due to a change in our plans, we needed to stay one night earlier than planned, and we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp. Manal, the staff member, looked after us, even though we needed to stay 2 days in advance to leave for the desert tour and then return 2 days later, she managed to get us a room, was very friendly and amazingly supportive of whatever we needed. 2 days later, we returned from the desert tour and she recognized us straight away by faces and names. She immediately helped us with the bags to show us the new room. While showing us the room, she asked if we had a taxi arranged to the airport the next morning and as we didn't, she arranged us a driver to take us from the hotel to the airport. Her talented customer service and excellence in business knowledge made my, and my wife's stay a memorable experience. It's valid to mention as well the two Mohameds in the reception who were so friendly and polite. Easygoing fellas, and good people to talk with. They both helped us with our luggage, and breakfast and shared a bit of the local knowledge as well which made a big difference for us as we had zero knowledge about the local culture, places and people. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone passing by Morocco. The location, the structure, the rooftop swimming pool and especially the staff are a plus to make anyone's holiday even better!

Ideally located in the Gueliz district of Marrakech, Ari Boutique Hôtel - Adult Only is set less than 1 km from Marrakesh Train Station, 2 km from Majorelle Gardens and 1.8 km from Yves Saint Laurent... We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

I had the most delightful experience during my stay at Hotel Safia in Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of my room. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring the comfort of their guests. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional room service. Every day, without fail, my room was serviced promptly, and I returned to find it spotless and well-organized. It made me feel truly pampered and relaxed throughout my stay. The breakfast provided at Hotel Safia was a delightful start to each day. The variety of options offered were not only delicious but also catered to different tastes and preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice, baked goods, and the aromatic coffee that energized me for the day ahead. Location-wise, Hotel Safia couldn't have been more convenient. Its proximity to the train station and other landmarks such as Gueliz made exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech a breeze. I was able to easily access all the major attractions without any hassle, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of my trip. However, what truly made my stay at Hotel Safia exceptional was the staff. The hotel staff members were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly warm and friendly. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I can confidently say that I would choose Hotel Safia again without hesitation during my next visit to Marrakech. It truly is a gem in the heart of this captivating city.

I have to say it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in . From the professional check in ( Hasan a)and just the over all service from all the staff at the hotel. The pool area is amazing and we relaxed here in the afternoon and also had beers in the evening . The hotel prices are the best I have seen . It’s 4 euro for a pint of beer and 6 euro for a wood fire pizza . All the food is high quality and the table service from the staff was outstanding . I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Marrakesh . ( note to management ) your staff and highly skilled and the most friendly staff and I have ever encountered .
