Yes you can hear honking from the street in the morning, but expect that anywhere in Panama City (unless you're staying 10+ stories up in a high rise).

Check in 10am so we came off cruise ship And had 6 hours to wait for flight. It was ideal to dump bags have a walk around the new town and shower and freshen up. Had a nice clean pool too.
