The staff is kind, professional and very friendly. The ouner is absolutely amazing. The Shuttle was at the airport 7 minutes after we did the call, and took as back at 5:30 in the morning.

Wawel Kraliyet Kalesi'ne 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeki Novotel Kraków Centrum'da kapalı yüzme havuzu ve sauna bulunmaktadır. We enjoyed our stay in Novotel Krakow Centrum a lot. Hotel is located very close to beautiful historical centre (old town) of Krakow. There are plenty of nice restaurants within short walk from the hotel (direction to old town). Quality and quantity of breakfast was amazing. Swimming pool and fitness room were great and clean. We had a nice stay and will surely return.

The 5-star Niebieski Art Hotel & Spa is located at the Kraków’s Vistula riverbank, just 1.5 km from the Wawel Royal Castle. Overall to rate, the property service is value for your money. you wont regret. the staff is cooperative. its 25 mins drive from airport. easy to catch Trams or Uber. this is definitely the place ill stay next time.
