The manager, Ray, was very helpful and attentive, and solved any problem which we had. The cleaning staff (everyday housekeeping!) were also extremely nice. Very nice verandah to watch the busy street below. Extremely good facilities in the kitchen - everything you could possibly need. The breakfast, served 8-11 am, was excellent. Though the options were limited (not a full buffet-style breakfast), the fare - extremely well appointed and presented - was served at the table by very courteous servers within a few minutes.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its centrality - you are literally living in the center, within walking distance to numerous attractions and sites. Naturally, access to public transportation is very good - as you can get on just about any of the main metro lines by walking a few hundred meters. There are countless shopping and dining options for all budgets in the vicinity. The room itself was good, clean (cleaned every day), and with all the necessary facilities (even a fridge). The hotel and the room are wheelchair accessible. The staff was kind and helpful.

Located in the heart of the vibrant Bugis district, Mercure Singapore Bugis offers heritage-inspired accommodation in Singapore. Loft room is very cute, bed super comfortable and location was extremely convenient, close to MRT and shopping centre. Gym was cosy and pool was nice and clean.
