We booked the hotel at approximately 8.30am after having to leave another hotel for awful standards and found a deal on this room. We checked in about an hour later and was in our room by 10.30am. The staff could not be any more helpful in assisting us, from a welcome drink, to allowing us a complimentary late check out, to taking our bags to our room, a fruit platter, dressing gowns, premium toiletries, the list goes on. The beds and bedding were so comfy and the rooms were very quiet, i didn't hear other guests at all. The room itself had a separate toilet as well as a full bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub which made it ideal for families. The sitting room with TV meant we could all have our own space. The facilities in the hotel were amazing with rooftop pool and spa/gym. The breakfast buffet was how a breakfast should be done with an egg station that could do eggs every way, lots of options for vegetarians and everything looked fresh and clean. The location was excellent with a MRT station a few minutes walk away.

The lady at the reception was very friendly. I had stored my luggage beyond their work hours on the day of check out and she patiently waited for me after her work hours. The rooms were clean and quiet with no weird smell. I booked the hotel for a short stay to transport, so the location was perfect for me as the MRT metro station was near by. The only downside is that it is a little farther away from the main attractions in Bangkok but the booking price more than makes up for that.

The location was very convenient, beside the Central Rama IX Plaza and a BTS station. What makes Somerset stand out from the other hotels we stayed in Bangkok is their service. My sister had encountered a major setback and Khun Pol, Khun Kwang and the concierge in charge helped us as we went through this difficult situation. It was more than what we expected from them and words are not enough to express our heartfelt gratitude.

The hotel was wonderful, colorful and full of art. There was plenty to look and marvel at. The restaurant also served delicious and unique interpretations of local cuisine. The bed was sooo comfortable and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

Aspira One Sutthisan has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Bangkok. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and room service. The single room was perfect and cosy. Out off all the places iv stayed in Thailand the bed was a dream. The location is right in between the airport and the city.
