My sister had encountered a major setback and Khun Pol, Khun Kwang and the concierge in charge helped us as we went through this difficult situation. It was more than what we expected from them and words are not enough to express our heartfelt gratitude.

As a frequent traveller (foreigner) and living in Thailand, the breakfast was the BEST i have had since i can remember at ANY hotel we have stayed in! It was sensational and Khun Pong the Boss(spelling may not be correct sorry) was so helpful and a pleasure to meet. We WILL stay again when back in Bangkok for sure!
