The room was EXCEPTIONAL, great for small family. We're 3 including my teenager and it fits us perfectly. The room has spacious comfy bed, the sofa bed outside was comfortable too. All bed sheets were clean and smell fresh. The living area was amazing for our family night chats. The kitchen is full of everything you need, EVERYTHING: oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and large fridge, dining table, dishwasher and washing machine all new. Bathroom is modern, clean and has some basic amenities that we needed on our first night even before we unpack. The cabinets were spacious and more than enough for our clothes. The balcony is just the cherry on the top, I enjoyed having my morning coffee outside or simply open the door and sit on the chairs inside the room and enjoy the breeze... simply amazing. The whole place is well decorated, nice furniture and clean finishing, very impressive. Bathroom floor is heated which was great in winter. House keeping are super friendly and they cleaned the room in away I can only admire as a clean freak person I WAS HAPPY. I will not add any photo of the place as the photos here are exactly the same as reality and even better than the pictures. We had breakfast twice in the restaurant (not included in the room), breakfast was good, staff were friendly but I wish they would work on the food verity and on the last day the green leaves were not fresh but food is clean and well presented and the price was reasonable. The facility is quiet the whole time, during the day and at night unlike other noisy hotels, this facility is perfect for us. Hotel is close a small market which opens from 8 am - 8 pm, has spa, gym, kids's area and nice lobby. Reception: Amazing staff, helpful, smiling all the time, they helped us when we had an incident with a taxi driver in translation and support, Unfortunately I didn't get all their names but who ever was on duty from Jan 1 - 5 specially the night shift, THANK YOU

Y Por Supuesto : BEYZA : Chef Gourmet. Su trato fue excelente y muy amable, Cocinando los platillos a nuestro gusto. Claro sin dejar atrás a los demás dependientes, Que cuentan con suficiente personal muy educados todos en Gral. RECOMENDABLE AL 100%. Gracias por sus Atenciones.

Este hotel de diseño presenta una arquitectura única y está a solo 1,5 km de 4. La parada de metro de Levent. I stay in this hotel every 2 weeks and like everything.

El Levent Hotel se encuentra en Estambul, cerca del metro y a 200 metros del centro comercial Kanyon. Les agradezco mucho, muy completo, muy puntual, bonito, bien ubicado, buenos lugares al rededor, facil acceso, con estilo, calidez, fui muy feliz, todo excelente, me encanto!!! regresaré!!!! fantástico.

Situated in Istanbul’s Levent district, Sheraton Istanbul Levent offers stylish rooms with cable TV and a spacious work desk. La habitación que nos dieron era realmente confortable y amplia, la cama debe de ser mas firme. La limpieza era buena y el mobiliario de la habitación actual.

Nice and helpful staff. Location not central, but with easy access to various means of transportation. Breakfast was pretty good and quite varied. The room itself was also in good condition and well equipped.
