Self Check-in and Check-out: The self-service kiosk for check-in and check-out made the process quick and hassle-free. 5. 24/7 Availability: The hotel had round-the-clock personnel available in the lobby, ensuring assistance at any time. 6. Approachable Staff: Ms. Quan/Kwan and the other front desk personnel were friendly and approachable. Communication was made easier with the option of using Google Translate Audio. 7. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services could be requested at the front desk or by simply turning on the housekeeping button in the suite door. However, it's important to note that it was a light and simple cleaning. 8. Ample Power Outlets: The room provided plenty of power outlets, which was convenient for charging multiple devices. 9. Well-Equipped Room: The room had a range of amenities, including a clothes hanger and cabinet, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee, tea, a small can of chocolate, a mini refrigerator, a kettle, a bathtub, an automatic toilet, and the ability to control room lighting scenarios using the TV. 10. Pleasant Surprises: Although unsure if my booked room included a bathtub and desk area, I was delighted to find that they were indeed included and perfectly met our needs. 11.
