Absolutely spotless hotel and FANTASTIC location. Lovely&friendly staff. Lovely modern room and bathroom. Couldn’t fault it whatsoever. Had a great stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will be recommending this to everyone that comes to visit Chicago.

Personal in this hotel is great. I forgot shoes in the room, and they promise to send me them. 10 stars from me!
