The location is perfect! Erin at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Concierge was also very helpful to all 7 of us.

Navy Pier and Oak Street Beach are just 10 minutes’ walk away. it was clean and the staff was very helpful and obliging. they made sure we had everything needed and helped us plan the best way to enjoy our trip
