This was the only property during our 2weeks USA trip which provided an extra bed as per our request. Therefore already only for this service 10 of 10. Convenient location to explore downtown. Just across the street a number of very good Japanese restaurants. The urban view from the room was also very nice. All the staff was helpful and accommodating. We felt welcomed. The valet parking staff was quick and efficient. The concierge always welcomed us with a smile. Great stay! Thank you!
