Nice n quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle bustle of times square. Highly recommended!

Set 1.6 km from Columbia University, Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel offers 3-star accommodation in New York and features a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Loved the decor with all of the Harlem Renaissance references. The lobby was always a vibe with great music, people, atmosphere. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I’d actually want to spend time in the lobby! The staff were all fun and friendly. Loved the iconic location right next to the Apollo!

In the heart of Harlem this ‘Flophouse’ conjures up visions of the past, it’s hard not to be lost in the history of the place. If only the walls could talk. Rene couldn’t have done more for my stay, organising my accommodation after multiple changes in my itinerary. A proper gent!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Located in New York, the recently renovated Soul Food 'Mont Morris' provides accommodation 1.7 km from Columbia University and 3.2 km from Metropolitan Museum of Art. Big room, full of incredible art and very comfy warm bed. Spacious bathroom with natural bath&shower products. Products were so good that I was searching for reasons to use shower over and over. I have asthma, so I was appreciating the focus on cleanliness and awareness of allergies. Host was very friendly and is an author of most of the art in the place. This place is not just another hotel. It is a true experience!

Excellent location, a few blocks away from Metro station. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and beautiful. The room was super clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Uptown.

Situated in New York, the recently renovated Italian style room shared bathroom features accommodation 2.4 km from Yankee Stadium and 3.6 km from Columbia University. Great facilities, breakfast and chocolates were a nice touch. Enjoyed the coffee machine. Made use of the in room microwave and fridge. Host was very helpful when I had questions and was very responsive via WhatsApp. Everything I needed was there.

Mary is an excellent host. The property is close to the 125th St subway, local supermarket and cafe's. The A train is an express to Columbus Circle. So nice not to be in a tiny hotel room.
