Ideally set in San Francisco, citizenM San Francisco Union Square features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Everything was exceptional. The location, access to everywhere in the city, the atmosphere, the food!!, the security, and that rooftop. The room itself was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable (plus those night shades!!!). Freddie was so kind with the check-out process too!

They have been so accommodating in all our requests including changing layout for our kids sleeping, holding our packages for us in between our two stays, printing our paperwork and even making last minute changes to get us a room when we got snowed in in Tahoe and couldn’t make it back on time. Concierge and the porters team - you really are a wonderful and friendly bunch! One of the newest hotels in downtown San Francisco, CA, The Clancy, Autograph Collection is a destination for new discoveries. Everything was perfect! The staff were SUPER accomodating and the location was absolutely perfect. Super safe and close to everything we needed. The room was AMAZING! And the little touches to everything is what made us love our stay so much. The staff are so friendly. I will recommend to everyone!! THANK YOU

Located in a historic building that is just 5 minutes’ walk from Union Square, Marines' Memorial Club & Hotel Union Square boasts a rooftop restaurant, a library, a full-service health club and a 564... We liked the location, the room was spacious, very clean. The breakfast was ok, although the same every day. The view from our room was really amazing. The staff was very welcoming and ready to help.
