Mai Hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio de Dong Da, Hanói, a 3 km de Museo de Bellas Artes de Vietnam, a 3 km de Templo de la Literatura de Hanói y a 3,6 km de Estación de tren de Hanói. I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

The rooms were beautiful and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, it was the service that really made this hotel stand out. It was absolute perfection - so warm, friendly, professional and helpful - the staff really went the extra mile for us.
