From start to finish the service from everyone at the Midori was superb. They booked a trip for us, made sure we arrived and departed safely, with a very late check-out time, and finally the staff treated us like family. The food was five-star and the attention from the wait staff was second to none. I have travelled all over the world and have never had a better experience at a hotel. This is the place you want to be if you travel to Hanoi.
