They booked a trip for us, made sure we arrived and departed safely, with a very late check-out time, and finally the staff treated us like family. This is the place you want to be if you travel to Hanoi.

Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
