Situated in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Hanoi Old City Gate, Hanoi Traveller House provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. It was indeed a home away from home. Modern facilities. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms, toilets and bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. They always smiled and seemed happy to see me each time I came to or passed the reception. The lady receptionist was fond of explaining everything happening in detail to me, even without asking. She made sure I and others were well informed. They changed the bed sheets everyday. The bed was very comfy. WiFi was very fast and never disconnected. The location is perfect. Because everything I needed was around there. The lady receptionist wished I could stay for Tet. I was treated like a family. I highly recommend Hanoi Traveller House for everyone visiting Hanoi.

The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.
