The staff was very friendly. I checked in during Vietnam Women's Day, so the hotel even gave me a delicate gift box, that was really sweet. During my stay, the staff contacted me through WhatsApp, and their response time was very fast. Since I didn't need housekeeping during the stay, I asked the staff to assist with trash collection one day. To my surprise, when I returned to the room that day, the room had still been tidied up. I was truly grateful. Staying at M Village exceeded my expectations in terms of service. The overall value for money was excellent, and the room environment was very comfortable. The café on the ground floor was also great. I could easily get coffee every day during my stay, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is very close to the attractions, within walking distance of the War Remnants Museum and the Tan Dinh Church. There are also supermarkets in the neighborhood, and there's also a gym within 5 minutes by walk, making it very convenient. District 1 is just a 10-minute drive away or within a 30-minute walk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will stay again next time.

Clean and spacious rooms, very beautiful designed hotel overall. Rooftop pool has the best view to the Ho Chi Minh city. Staff is nice but don’t speak English well and need a bit more training in hosting customers. Concierge Luong was the best of all the staff I met in the hotel. From the minute I entered lobby he took care of me, speaks English very well, helped to find a driver for a day and has advised great places to visit.
