Staff are friendly and so helpful. It’s so easy to travel around Saigon thanks to its great location. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely stay at Nam Hy hotel again 😊

The young receptionist, I think her name was Ng i. She was the only female counter staff. Very helpful, cheerful, friendly and always following up on our requests.She has, all the good attributes of what a frontline counter staff should have. I can't say for the other male counter staff wearing glasses. The other other without glasses is okay. Lady boss also very helpful.

Staff is unfriendly. No greetings. I am unable to have a conversation with them. Night shift staff forgotten my breakfast voucher for my first stay on 6 May. I got the superior A which cost me double price of what I am paying now.
