Spacious room and a private bathroom plus a nice view over the dairy. The owner Peter was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was continental and reasonably priced with fresh coffee, warm croissants, etc. Highly recommend.

The farmhouse was close to Derby but in a peaceful rural location where we could relax away from the hubbub of a city. Our stay was perfect, an enormous room and everything supplied that we could need.
