The property had lots of chacacter especially in the actually farm house where we had breakfast. Paul and Sarah have done a fantastic job at renovating the property.

Everything. The farmhouse was lovely and so comfortable, everything we needed and more, was provided. The views were out of this world. The only problem with this property is having to leave at the end of your stay. The best Booking.Com I have ever stayed in!!!*****

This was the perfect weekend away for us. The property was on a farm and was so rural and peaceful. We loved the farm house and would definately return

Barn Owl cottage is beautiful. It had been decorated for Christmas which we loved and it had been heated up so it was really cosy. The location is excellent and is just a short walk into the village of Cromford. The views are stunning and we loved being on a farm. We were able to take our dog who loved it too!

Comfortable small barn on a farm in a beautiful rural location. Very quiet and peaceful. Near to the local attractions and facilities such as Dovedale, Tissington Trail and Hartington. The cottage was great for the four of us (two couples) for a weekend. Very clean and well laid out. Highly recommended for a walking weekend or short break.

It was a lovely farmhouse and the bedrooms designed in the old barns. The room was extremely comfortable, warm and had all the essentials needed for the stay - toiletries, tea and coffee and chocolate bars too! Excellent breakfasts were included with the room and Sarah and Paul were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to continue exploring the Peak District.

Mark and Peter were fantastic hosts and very accommodating. The farmhouse is located in a rural area but still easily accessible. Clean and tidy with a great home cooked breakfast, we would definitely recommend.
