I spent a month at Ariane's place and it exceeded my expectations! The room upstairs was very comfortable, spacious, and included all the needed facilities. The shared kitchen and bathroom were very convenient to use. I appreciated the privacy of my bedroom, but also the great company of the other guests staying at the time. If you're concerned about the distance to Bruxelles, worry not because the tram ride into the city is not too long (about 30 minutes) and is the most beautiful tram ride you will ever take. Ariane was incredibly sweet and very helpful during my stay. I look forward to returning to African Heritage Tervuren soon!

The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

It was exceptionally well furnished, nicely decorated, and very very clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and eager to help. Everything exceeded expectation. Recommend it at the highest level.

The property is located in a quiet area, close to nature, nice view of the garden from our room. The whole property is very elegant, cozy and relaxing. Perfect for a nice weekend getaway and even for a longer stay. It has a very nice living room, the bedroom is also very nice, very comfortable bed and beddings. Certainly not cheaply maintained for a very reasonable price. We had last minute on the same booking and the hosts are very accommodating and welcoming, easy to talk to and attended to our short notice request for possible early check-in. Since the weather was not the best during our stay, we didn't mind to Netflix (host's account ans TV) and chill in our cozy bedroom, with coffee, tea, and bottled water, all came in with the stay. I would love to come back here and stay longer next time.

EU Traveler Bandaríkin

This was a nice apartment just south of the Brussels airport. The parking was safe and convenient. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out time. We were able to walk 15 minutes to the train and did not have to move the car during our trip. Halfway between Leuven and Brussels. Very spacious, comfortable beds and internet-based TV for Netflix and Utube. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop 50 meters from the apartment.
