Very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean with everything I could need. Great location, 5 minutes away from the beach and shop's. I even came back to a chocolate cupcake waiting for me in my room. Would stay again. Thank you to Antony who made it a wonderful place to stay!

John the host was very welcoming when i arrived, he checked me in and showed me to my room. My room was large, spacious, extremely clean and my bed was a dream to sleep in. My room also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs and i was delighted to be able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy coffee's. I will definitely recommend Colson House for the place to stay at whilst visiting Brighton.
