The house is in a fabulous quiet location with parking for 2 cars. Easy access to Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford etc. The house is absolutely sparkly clean and extremely comfortable. Everything that we needed to accommodate our stay was provided. We will be staying there again - it will be my first choice and hopefully will be available when we need it next.

We loved the friendly welcome and the great food. They were so sweet to my 4 year old daughter, doing everything to make us happy. We really enjoyed the cozy room decor and the huge bed.

The owner was absolutely amazing in helping out all throughout the booking and the stay. My sister came over for my graduation, and when he couldn't find her a taxi to the University of Warwick, he was kind enough to drive her there himself. Could not be more grateful! Also, the food was very good, everything was clean and had an overall welcoming atmosphere (I particularly noticed the chic living room on the ground floor. Would totally recommend!

The location was perfect for my trip to Solihull. I could park at the property which was a great bonus. The room was spotlessly clean and well-furbished. I travelled during the heatwave and it was such a nice touch to see fan working in the room. There was also a bottle of water waiting for me. The bathroom had a powerful shower, great and I could use the towels that were put into my room. These are small touches but made the property exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
