Gatri Hut is really, really peaceful and it's a VERY BEAUTIFUL place to stay! The owner, Iluh, went above and beyond to help me and to make my stay a good one. She picked me up from my ferry and even figured out where to get me even though I didn't arrive at the port where I was supposed to arrive. Thank you, Iluh!🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿 The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the pool was lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast was great, especially the 🍌 pancakes. Although this was a bit of a splurge for me-(I was on a small budget for my Indonesian journey, so this was on the higher end for me)-I REALLY enjoyed my stay here. It was DEFINITELY worth it for a couple nights! I was lucky enough to stay in some really beautiful places on my Indonesian trip this time, but Iluh really impressed me. She really knows what her guests want and she does everything she can to make them happy. THAT'S what makes a guesthouse special. She knows how to run a very organized, very clean, very beautiful and peaceful place, and that's why the reviews are so good. Iluh exceeds people's expectations.
