The riad has a great location, very close to medina but still in a calm and quiet little street, the rooms are cute and spaciois, exactly like on the pictures. The best part was the staff, so very nice and helpful and happy to answer all our questions about the city etc. Ask them about good restaurant tips, we did and was so good. We havent had chance to try the hamam but we for sure will try it the next time.

The personnel is awesome. The service we received from all the staff could not be better. The brakefast is so good and you will always be offered mint tea no matter the time. The location is also nice.

Tutto!!!! Struttura perfetta, bella pulita e accogliente. La cosa che più mi ha lasciata sorpresa è stata la cortesia di tutto il suo staff. Quando la macchina chiamata da loro ci veniva a prendere loro ci accompagnavano a piedi fino alla macchina con estrema prudenza. Un giorno sono stata male da unintossicazione alimentare, loro hanno chiamato il medico per farmi visitare e un membro dello staff ha accompagnato personalmente il mio fidanzato in farmacia per prendere le medicine, il resto dei giorni mi hanno portato cibo in camera e ogni cosa che io chiedevo. Prezzi bassissimi ed era tutto perfetto. Davvero grazie a tutti siete stati fantastici!

It's hard to describe in a few sentences the incredible time we had in this place. We enjoyed here 8 glorious days, spending most of the time by the swimming pool. The hotel is an oasis of peace, where we relaxed on the sun lounges roasting under the Moroccan sun. The outdoor spaces don't need any further praise, the images are enough to describe the beauty of the place, but we can surely say something about the top-notch hospitality, with an incredibly thoughtful staff that was always available for our needs. Special thanks to Ahmed and Hamid (hopefully the names are spelt correctly) that assisted us with our daily requests, but our praises go to the whole staff, that contributed to our stay. Having so many days to spend in the villa, we had the chance to try almost the entire menu; the portion sizes were very generous, flavourful and had enough variety that we didn't get bored - big shout out to the "Beef with prunes", absolutely out of this world. The room was always very clean and had a pleasant smell, the size was perfect and the water pressure and temperature were fine. We didn't find the hairdryer, but as we had our own, we didn't ask (but keep this in mind). As a final note, we left our hearts in this place where everyone was always warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to consider for a mid to long stay in Marrakech, if you are looking for a relaxing stay with occasional trips to Medina. See you next year :)

The location and staff were amazing. They were very helpfull. Bed was for me too hard, but my friend liked it. Kahlifa was great with breakfast, even made me eggs every morning. I had morning coffee at 7am. Breakfast at 8am. Would recommend this as a value for money location and nice rooms.

It was a very nice property, quiet and comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area in the evening and as there were few guests, we essentially got it for ourselves and it was great to cool off after a long day exploring the city. Samir was so helpful with getting us taxis for a very early flight back to Spain and overall, Samir was a great host. We had an amazing time and the riad was perfect.

Situato in centro comodissimo per visitare la città a piedi, massima pulizia e ottima colazione, tutto il personale gentilissimo e cordiale con la loro accoglienza ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, estremamente disponibili per aiutarci a rendere indimenticabile la nostra vacanza, addirittura una festa a sorpresa con torta per il mio compleanno per ogni necessità si sono adoperati per aiutarci. Sicuramente da consigliare vi rimarrà nel cuore.
